Application Process
On Sunday, the 13th of April at 14:00 CET we are going to post a link to an application form on this website, in our bio and our story.
We can only take applications from this form.
The principle is first come, first serve but we want you to not stress by filling in the application because there are going to be some questions about yourself. For us “first come, first serve“ is not about the exact minute you submit, but rather the time frame (in 15 minutes time steps).
Unfortunately we only have 6 spots available, if you do not get in, we will put you on a waiting list.
After submitting your application form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail (this can take up to 1 day).
One Week after your application you will receive an e-mail if we can offer you a spot or put you on the waiting list (note that there are only 6 spots available).
When you're in, you've got 3 weeks to pay at least half of the price (387,50€). Otherwise your spot will be given to the next person.
The rest has to be paid until the 30th of June 2025.
Legal Terms & Conditions
Please note that guests of our wee treat who join us, do it on their own responsibility. We do not carry any economical responsibility for accidents during our activities and events. Every participant must carry their own travel insurance.
If you receive a spot, you are not eligible to pass it to someone else on your own, since we will choose someone from the waiting list. If you cancel your spot there is no guarantee that you get the money back. However, if there is a person on the waiting list that will join the trip instead, we can refund you the money. The earlier you inform us about the cancellation of your spot, the higher the chance that we will find another participant.
